Yuzu Lemonade
The yuzu fruit originates from Asia, and is very similar to a clementine in both size and appearance, except that their peel is yellow, and not orange colored. The fruits contain only very little juice, approximately about 10-12 ml of juice per fruit. The low juice yield makes the yuzu fruit very expensive, as well as much sought after due to its very characteristic taste.
